Is an olorisha pretty much the priesthood before becoming a babalawo, if so, are their different levels of aborisha that one can obtain before the babalawo level?

It depends on what country and region of the world you're talking about. A lot if not most Orisa houses in the dispora will crown (initiate)people with an Orisa, before initiating them into Ifa. None of this can or should be done before consulting Ifa by means of a ritual known Isefa.

During Isefa the prospective initiate will be informed of his/her crowning Orisa. Note: In the Lukumi system the initiate is crowned by one Orisa but will receive as many as five upon Elehan

Conversely in Nigeria, more often than not if it has been determined thru a process called Esentaye, a male or female will be initiated into Ifa before other Orisa. In fact its not uncommon for Babalawo and Iyanifas to be crowned by more than one Orisa in Nigeria.

To answer your other question. There is no rigid pecking order as far as Orisa priesthood is concerned. When two priests greet each other, the priest initiated the least period of time usually salutes the senior one, irrespective of chronological age.

It is customary for Olorisa to salute Babalawos and Iyanifas. The reason this is done is because the priesthood of Orunmila supercedes all other Orisa cults.

Keep in mind, not all Olorisa are destined to become Babalawos. Not all Babalawo are destined to be practing Babalawo.

    Thanks for the last answer!!!!
Why is it that an individual can have let's say, very strong Ogun tendencies and also, astrologically a lot of planets will show up in Mars, yet his ori may ask to be crowned Eshu. Please explain how that works. Thanks!!!

Leaving astrology aside, the answer is that your Ori chose what divinity you would be initiated to at the feet of Olodumare and witnessed by Orunmila. There is no asking involved.

Is there one you know who fits this scenario.

I have ask them a million questions IN PERSON but over the phone I usually talk to the senior priestess because the babalawo has a very thick nigerian accent and so it is difficult to understand him sometimes over the phone so whenever he is in town I talk to him in person. Plus, he is extremely busy. The priestess is very knowledgeable and articulate but she has a husband and 3 children so her time is short too.

The questions that I'm asking you are questions that I've yet to ask them.

They are going to Nigeria at the end of this month to do some Ifa initiations and Orisha crownings.
