In Genesis, the fifteenth chapter and the thirteenth verse, it reads:

"And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years; and also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they come out with great substance."

Is the African American nation of America, the "FUL-FILL-MENT" of the above prophecy?

Is the African American nation of America, the one that the Bible is talking about here?

Is the African American the people and nation, who has spent four hundred years in a strange land and are strangers in a land that is not theirs?

Are African American's strangers here in North America? Are Afrian American's in a country, America, where we are made to feel at home?

What year did the first Afican slaves arrive in America?

It is not only America it is also the Negroes that were forced into bondage in the Northern nations. The answer to all of you questions is, yes. But some how I get the feeling you already knew that.

This is one of the main things that points to the fact that Jesus is not the Messiah spoken of in the Old Testaments as to the fact and reality that this terrible bondage took place after he so called died for our sins. If that were true slavery as it occurred would not have happened. This slavery and bondage in this strange land is one of the curses decreed by GOD that we would suffer for braking the covenant, that we would suffer for our sin.

Just through reading the Old Testaments you can see it is GODs words that have withstood the test of time.

But the true time of us returning can not be known by any man.

:D

Sorry, that's not how it works. Some seem to think the Son dying for our sins meant that none faithful nor any of the Israelites would go through any tribulation. Pretty silly to think since teh Son explained what would be the case, and how the faithful should rejoice when we go through trials such as He has gone through in His perfection.

The deeds of our fathers were done, so they would be met with what the Father had planned all along, and sin continued on so those, too, would be met with justice, but by the Son sacrificing His own body for us all, by His resurrection, if we believe and are faithful, our spirits can be cleansed before the Most High, that even if our bodies are broken in tribulation by being someone's slave or prisoner, our Spirits remain to be brought to His salvation.

He came to perfect us as individuals, and bring us out of the dark, not to perfect the entire world as it is today, for that must come in its time. And He didn't say none would go through hardships, especially His people, but said a wrath would indeed would be brought upon His people, and He wept for them because of it. His compassion is great, just as the Father's for sending us a Light of Hope to begin.
