A woman in love is a song

she moves to a rhythm
only she can feel
her body remembers the weight of
her lover & every measure of the
beats..they create when making love

I love watching the movement of a woman in love

when she speaks, her voice sings
the melody of her lover in 4 part harmony
mesmerizing every ear under the sound
of her… filling us with her music

I love listening to a woman in love

she smiles from deep places
and when she writes, her pen unlocks
her inner wellspring and her joy
is revealed

I love reading a woman in love

the transformation of a woman
from beautiful to “beyond description”
when touched by the hand of love
excites us all…

opening our eyes, to “see”

Her glow pervades the darkness
filling empty souls, quenching thirsty minds

she reaches out, inspires…and yes,
she captures me
