Ahem ~
‘You’re Beautiful’
I gotta give respect
Where respect is due
I try to put into perspective
What I owe to you
Love, trust,
My friendship pure
And true
I know I’ve neva seen
Your physical
But that’s important to
Who?
That doesn’t change what you’ve
Been to me
When we connect like
Modem’s do…
Sometimes I think
You hold my smile
And when you think time is due
Though you can’t take the pain
Away
You gradually make brighter
My shade of blue
‘You’re Beautiful’
The way you
Just “do you”
And when you know I got stress
Send me kisses for my mental
I swear if you look up friend
In the dictionary
There would be picture of you
Half nappy,
Smilin happy wit suthern lingo
And a gold toof
See, I had a smile for you
Hope im as much as a friend to you
May this hea will show you
That im uhh-muse-d by you
*don’t steal dat…lol
Bet you neva thought you’d
See the day that I would
Sing to you…

AWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!

This is sooooo special!!!!!!!!! I heard this from the intro (that "ahem" was toooo cute!)....to the last verse! It is truly wonderful finding that bright ray of light in our otherwise drab worlds....through modems....fibre optics.....screens....poetry.... because our insides are exposed more openly and the beauty we find is pure....not marred by what the physical eyes can see! (skin is sooo deceptive)

I'm rambling, but I know you feel me. This is a wonderful testimony to the way lasting friendships are made. (from the inside-out!)

say it Reason!

Ohhhh you shouldn't have

This is a song for Gary
"Ahem"
Us met on Afronet
You and I
I think it was "69 Ways"
In which you said hi
Months and months
As we've burned up
Telephone lines
You let me hold your pain
One day...
You said "I need to talk to you"
I told you I was here
You called and I listened
Now many moons later
We like two peas in a pod
Our relationship has gone
Through many changes
From needing to talk
To calling me"FRIEND"
"Ahem"
This is a song for Gary
A strong black man
I look foward to ya calls
The laughter we share
If you can't reach me verbally
You know I'm always here
Plenty kisses for ya mental
Memba that spida???
That was classic
I'll be here when you need me
10000000000% no strings attached
Stay strong brotha
