Brooklyn, New York
you pay the price of life with sacrifice
wrong or right, you can't live twice
there's no manual on the human
experience
you just have to live thru all the interference
to each his own a house isn't always a home
chance after chance unconsciously blown
make something of yourself against unsurmountable odds
keep your chin up, Pray to God
life is hard and then you die
don't give up if first you don't succeed give it another try
it times get hard don't ask why and
start to cry
wipe those **** tears from your eyes
as long as you're alive
there's always a chance
you don't need to be a victim of circumstance
a missed opportunity is what ails ya
that doesn't make you a total failure
don't sleep dig in deep
deep in your soul
to have full control as you grow old
it's you that has to take care
you know grin and bear
cause your mother ain't here
the only person that would do for you
tighten screws for you
give a pair of her shoes for you
it may sound hars but you're not in this world alone
if you have a heart you have a home
life isn't a total waste remember
keep the faith
and Pray for the guidance
