Didn't learn the first time, eh?
Another lesson you haven't quite learned
    Well, here I come again
First time seared, next time, burned.

    What is it with ya?
I give you whistles, bells, the din of thunder...
Yet you walk around looking like, duh
Within today's daze, and a state of wonder

    What painfully is, still is
Even though it hurts to see
I gave you a new Rx for your 3rd eye
But your sight is still failing, miserably

Guess you just have to learn the hard way
Keep on stumbling, tripping over your own 2 feet
You're being misled, you've lost your head
Must you always choose the rocky road to complete?

And when you reach your ultimate fate...yet again
Please don't cry like you didn't know
Your better judgement hates to rub it in
But, as always, I told you so...

Helping out someone that hasn't quite learned
You feel like here they are again.

    Again the out come burns.

I hear you about the searing...

Now they seem to never listen or learn the lesson.
They feel like they don't have to know.. or learn.
They feel like.. they can count on you to bail them out again?

Honestly they are taking things for granted.

I have been enabling the slackers in my life
    I am just naturally helpful.
I am gonna have to drop the dead weight.:karate:
    Great write poet.

Sometimes....we all do. Peace Brother So'ja, thank you.
Some things we can't make light of, sometimes, listening is critical. Thank you Brother Hodee.
Hopefully it won't take a lifetime to learn. Thank you much Brother Rich.

I know sometimes it feels like we know so much or we've been there and we would like to warn others of the dangers ahead. But the reality of it, is that Jah almighty will pick up where you end. When you've said all you can say and do, then just pray for your for them my friend.
    Great write Poet.
Love on,no matter what! Love On!

This piece has more to do with not listening to one's better judgement. But regarding your response:

I myself, don't warn those I care about to flaunt what I know, it's because I care enough about them to warn them. No one knows exactly of another's trials, we can only relate. Thank you Lataisha Nicole.

Strange thing about life is, when you care about others, the "reminder" never stops, ...in hopes that the "wisdom comes before the storm.
    Excellent piece poet, as always!
