    Hello Edward,

All HR managers to date have been white males.

    Zulile

(I'm slowly working my way through the counter-racism site - have not broached the racism in the workplace forum yet)

Thank you for answering my question.

Take your time on the site. You'll notice about when the format changed. Initially everyone was posting any and everything and there were a lot of white people posting back then, saying things that were confusing to the non-white people resulting in the non-white person's inability to respond in a manner that provides clarity and focus toward the production of justice. I changed the format so that everyone had to post what they were doing to replace the SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy) with a SYSTEM of justice. Immediately the white people stopped posting.

If you have any questions regarding the site please do not hesitate to ask. :)

Thank you. I have a multitude of questions that arise while reading - but your site is very focused and not meant for 'unstructured' debate, I see - which I believe I understand. In addition, the dictionary is very helpful. I am still at the starters block, reading, understanding, and putting things in my current perspective.

although, must say I have to refrain from asking long time aquaintances "are you white?" my world view has changed much. smh.

    Thanks again,

    Zulile

I understand completely. One of the reason's I had to change the structure of the site is that I noticed that a lot of non-white people just want to learn enough information about a subject to be able to convince other people that they know more about that subject than other people. That's what debating is all about. Try to shut the other person down. That is what we have been trained to do and that is what has been done to us. Even non-white people who claim to know something about counter-racism code just want to learn enough about it to win arguements with other non-white people. No one was really putting what they had learned to a test.

So I changed the structure of the Counter-Racism Work/Study Project so that it functions using the United-Independent method. Each person had to focus on doing work themselves, on themselves, for themselves, and other people are only allowed to ask questions, which is what they should want to do if they are sincere about gaining additional information about what has been written or posted. You can generally tell when someone is asking you a question seeking information that they can use to solve a problem versus someone asking you a question seeking to gain information they can use to win an arguement. Even the question will be phrased differently.

No debates allowed on the Counter-Racism Work/Study Project. If you disagree with someone's counter-racism science experiment or the data posted you can't just post that you disagree. That will be deleted at light speed. You have to take their experiment and run it for yourself and post the data you've accumulated from you running their experiment. No debates. No arguements. No "I disagree". You do the work. You post the results. It's that simple. This minimizes conflict. If someone needs clarification they ask a question. This maximizes constructive interaction. Incidentally, it also minimizes contact. I'll post my Minimizing Conflict counter-racism science experiment in the near future. One of the scientific theories of running it was that it would maximize constructive interaction.

I only ask people if they are white people when it appears the conversation we're having or our interaction in general is approaching something that has to do with the race problem. But that is a question that each individual person has to decide to ask or not to ask. That is what United-Independent means. You say what you want to say when you want to say it and do what you want to do when you want to do it. You can ask people if they are white people sometimes or never. Do it on Tuesdays but not Fridays. It is up to you. If you decide to never do it then you have to also accept the risk of being confused in reference to race/racism/white supremacy. But in the final analysis the choice is the individual's to make.
