This man is a zombie. He has no mind or will of his own.
His responses to each question are prompted. Before each answer he pauses way too long and his answers are way too short. Someone is speaking to him via an ear implant, telling him what to say and when to shut up.
At time index 4:55 a background voice (his attorney) prompts him to say, "Just a candidate..." But this conflicts with the radio instructions he is receiving -- watch how he puts his finger to his right ear to adjust the implanted speaker - then quickly removes it as if realizing his mistake. This happens again at 6:23.
This main is either drugged, being coerced, threatened or bribed big-time.
