    Your out now
Don’t know what your in for
womb, for you was a door
to a world never known before.
You’ll become one, you don’t know it yet
but you’ll become one, you can’t feel it yet
but you’ll become one, when you grasp the concept
    you’ll see you’ve become one.
Captive, bond servant, serf, vassal, prisoner, a slave
    Your a slave,
maybe you think it’s a metal thang...
like a lack of self knowledge keeping you subjugated to systems and circumstances that even if you wanted to, you can’t break out of.
That’s not what I’m talking bout.
This bondage takes place to more than just
the impoverished majority, or even the empowered minority.

Whether president, compatriot, priest, sinner, king or peasant
In Ancient Kemet neoteric Egypt, archaic Constantinople Modern Istanbul
you’ve been initiated into slavery, though you may not have wanted it.
    I am a slave
    You’re a slave
    we all must be slave
some of us are just slaves without shackles
Though we are slave we are not tied in the bondage of an oppressor that can be seen.
We’re not chained brother to brother; no heritage is stolen from us
no legacies stolen or false philosphies deveolp to confues us.
Our eyes (all three) are not having wool pulled over them; we have not been bamboozled; our oppressor is with many of us at all time.

    Our oppressor
has been, is, and is not yet.
    Our oppressor
was, is, and is to be.
    Our oppressor
    past, present, and future.
    Our oppressor
    logical, mathematical, eternal, exacting.
    Against our ruler
    there is no revolutionary plot
for there can be none that will succeed.
    Our master has domination
    over movements of planets
    beats in a measure
    steps in a dance
    day and night
    the days of your life.

    We are corporeal beings
    and wish that we could
step ahead of, go back in, step out of
    linear grasp.
Modify events for our own benefit.
However we are chained to a continuum cycle
    The only emancipation
    is leaving this corporeal shell
let my spirit, my life force out
    to go beyond earthly realms.

    Against our overseer
    there is no underground railroad
    Against our warden
there can be no escape, for there is nowhere to hide.
The Keeper, keeps control of days, seasons, moths, seconds, years, past, present, and future.
    The master Ticks In ME,
Ticks In ME, Ticks In ME,
    T.I. ME, T.I. ME, T.I. ME, time.
You may believe that you are a god...or that the essence of mother nature is running through you...
You may be king, queen, priest, or priestess, with archaic knowledge of time
thinking you can just create new calendars
or new devices that will keep you in sync
    with rotation of planets
    phases of the moon
to be in harmony with Vernal and Autumnal Equinoxes
to be in line with Summer and Winter Soltices...
    you too have been enslaved

I see you put off to tomorrow
what you could have done today - saying I’ll do it when I get some time.
Can’t you see? Open your third eye, you never had time
    time has always had you.

    Time can not be possessed
but a possession we are of it.

Tell me how can one possess the wind?
How do you possess that which can not be held, seen or felt?
That which has neither body or spirit?
That does not occupy space and yet is space itself?
That which can not be stopped, cheated or stolen from
how do you fight such a master and win some sort of revolution?

You say transcendental meditation is one way
but how can you fight on a plain of existance that you have no dominion over.
Not even nowhere men, within nowhere lands, with nowhere plans,
    can escape times touch.

    We don’t spend time,
    time spends us
using us as pawns to make life less monotonous.
Until it releases us by spending us all up.

Some tend to wear the manacles of the master showing there enslavement to time.
But not me I rebel by not carrying some sort of time telling device with me.
Does not mean I am not still captive to times grip
just means I gained a little knowledge, understanding of the laws of time.
To know that though I am a slave I need not prove it.
Though it seems I still do each time I look a clock or ask someone
    “What time is it”?
Time? Sorry I don’t have the time.
    “What time is it”?
Time? Sorry I don’t have the time.
My point exactly, we don’t have time,
    Time has us
    we don’t have time
    we don’t have time
The time is coming when there will be no time.
