    Complicated it is, this
    The world
Dire it is for the boy and girl
    Both infected
    Age 17
The blame can be placed solely on them
    For making love unprotected
    Even though
In moments of passion things can get hectic
    Unexpected

She saw the possibilities in their love
    What could be
She thought he could love her
    Like she should be
    She gave herself fully
Loved him mainly out of insecurity
She was never really sure of herself mentally or physically
She was empty inside to say the least
Rather than learn to love herself she looked to him
He seemed like the one to supply her hearts needs
And to make her complete and at peace
    Please

He took advantage of her vulnerable state
He used to frown and pace
When she asked him “ Please Baby lets wait?”
A sex fiend, not a true lover or friend
He didn't give a ***** about the outcome
As long as he got sum a$s in the end
He said “ baby I know u ain't no virgin.”
Made her out to be a whore
Even though she had only put out for
A single boy previously and not a single more
She didn't want to do it
“ So you gave him some and not me? And u say u love me?”
“Do you have a condom baby?” she asks
He answers, “You can trust me”
    Please

    His lust and heartlessness,
    Her insecurity and submissiveness
    A dangerous mix
    She declines, but he insists,
    She gives in
    It comes to this
more young black teens, made statistics
    H.I.V. Infected
It would have been way less trouble
    To make love protected

    When you play this game
Trust and love don't mean a thing
One time is all it takes to die for your mistake
2 bring tears to a happy face
And a childhood to a halt
And even though i cry for you
You can't blame anyone, it's your own fault.

Some mistakes are just plain deadly especially in this day and time. I like how you brought this tale of what is sad, but true.
