With all due respect... there's nothing man made that can create a hurricane.
The ability to "seed" a cloud cannot create a hurricane and the reasons for wanting to seed clouds is to prevent draught and other adverse conditions that would lead to extremely bad weather, not create bad weather.
ALL CLOUDS are made up of water vapor. In fact there is lot of invisible water in the air that you can't see. Clouds are simply the water vapor that you can see. And if you can force a cloud to dump water prematurely then that cloud cannot have an excess amount of water that maybe it will drop in one place, causing a flood. So these technologies are for beneficial reasons to humanity.
But I know that for many people, anything that manipulates nature is scary and therefore the assumption is anyone "behind it" is the bad guy. However, just like scientists work to try to prevent global catastrophes, being able to prevent floods and draughts is also part of their strategy.
When we look at Milton, this is what climate change scientists have been talking about for decades. Period. Climate change is real. However...
The Red Team has been denying climate change for just as long. Is it because they have their own scientists that say climate change is a hoax? No. It's because the red team has always been in bed with the oil industry. Because they do business with and are supported by major polluters they have had a clear motive to deny scientific claims so that the biggest polluters could continue to pollute. Otherwise, it would cost these companies millions if not billions to change what their doing in a way that drastically cuts down their pollution.
The Red Team creates conspiracy theories in order to support Big Oil because they are in the pocket of the oil industry. Why do you think they block sensible gun legislation? Why do you think they constantly lie and say Democrat ______ wants to take your guns? They will watch multiple school shootings and do diddy squat because why? Because they are in the pocket of the NRA. And being in these people's pockets makes it too hard for them to push any legislation or narrative that says that person, business, or industry is wrong and needs to spend millions to change. They don't want that. That's why there are conspiracy theories about HAARP.
HAARP CANNOT control the weather. It is impossible. They don't even have the right set up to do it. On top of that, HAARP is not the way that real scientists would ever even try to control the weather. They're using lasers for that. And that's a completely transparent study that was done by the university of Michigan. So if you want to learn about real weather manipulation you can go read about it. HAARP is fake news. It was only sensational for a while because all these conspiracy theorists were betting the farm that HAARP was something nefarious. And it wasn't. But this doesn't have to be religious dogma that anyone has to die to defend. People were simply wrong. We can move on from that. It's OKAY!! They didn't know. They only assumed because they had a feeling that weather manipulation was possible. And truly it is, but that doesn't automatically mean that scientists can create any type of weather pattern they want. They're not gods and the technology isn't that powerful.
