    "That sense of duty, memory and solidarity requires us to consider the proposal
    of President Abdoulaye Wade of Senegal in Africa to create the conditions for
    return of Haitians who wish to return after the disaster that ravaged Haiti" said

    This is great news, I hope the brothers and sisters who relocate to Senegal prosper and flourish. They deserve a break and some happiness.
