Whatever LeBron James does is the subject of intense scrutiny, especially toward the end of an NBA Finals game. The air conditioning at the AT&T Center stopped working early on Thursday night during Game 1 of the NBA Finals and James, who has a history of cramping, was visibly bothered. When the four-time NBA most valuable player and the MVP of the past two editions of the Finals left the floor with cramps with 3:59 remaining, Twitter kicked into high gear.

LeBron James' cure for cramps: 2 1/2 bags of IV fluid, seven cramping pills

SAN ANTONIO – LeBron James stared into the cameras and the room full of reporters Friday afternoon and answered the biggest question hanging over the 2014 NBA Finals: After cramps forced him out of the final minutes of the Miami Heat's Game 1 loss, does James think he will be healthy enough to play in Game 2?

"If I had to say today, I would probably be out on Sunday," James said. "I probably won't play."

LeBron James does his best Iverson “practice” imitation (VIDEO)

SAN ANTONIO — LeBron James met with the media prior to his team’s practice on Saturday — yes he feels better, yes he’s practicing, yes he’s going to play — but it was the end of the session that was classic.

Dwyane Wade asked the last question — “You ready to go to practice so we can get better, bro?”

To which LeBron did his best Iverson imitation.

That pretty much summed up the session, down one the Heat are still loose and confident.

Gregg Popovich press conferences are always entertaining. On Saturday afternoon, his media session started with a question about how the proliferation of three-point shooting has changed how the San Antonio Spurs head coach approaches offense and defense. He said that, at this point, everyone has to deal with the three-pointer, but he'd rather not have to.

SAN ANTONIO – When he was the star of the Toronto Raptors, Chris Bosh was used to watching other big-name players shine during the NBA's championship round.

"I remember having pizza parties at my house watching the Finals," Bosh told Yahoo Sports. "I was back working out right now because I had been off for so long."

Finally, after four seasons of being the subject of so much social media ridicule and criticism as the Miami Heat's third star behind LeBron James and Dwyane Wade, Bosh delivered his star moment in an NBA Finals.

MIAMI – The shy, reticent California kid responsible for transforming the San Antonio Spurs, delivering a gassed dynasty its second wind, had come to the franchise with brazen strength, a stout spirit and a flawed shot. Hours after the NBA draft three years ago, the Spurs hurried Kawhi Leonard through his "Welcome to the NBA" news conference and out onto the practice court with shooting coach Chip Engelland.

MIAMI – No one is questioning whether LeBron James is the best player in the NBA Finals. But as good as the San Antonio Spurs are collectively, the four-time NBA MVP knows he can't beat them by himself.

"It's not on my shoulder," James said after Thursday night's 107-86 loss to the Spurs in Game 4 of the Finals. "It's not. I understand I get a lot of the limelight in the press and all that, but it's not all on my shoulder."

Tim Duncan sets career playoff records for minutes and double-doubles in Game 4 win

San Antonio Spurs star Tim Duncan has reached a consistent level of success nearly unmatched in NBA history. At 38 years old, Duncan is still a massively important member of a team one win from its fifth NBA title in his 17 seasons. While he has never courted much attention in his career, being on the brink of a fifth championship tends to compel a lot of consideration of an all-time great's career and legacy.
