Thank you. I’ve been using coconut oil since I read this topic.
It is a bit different.
The first time I pan fried some fish the oil remained white. I thought the coconut oil would turn to a clear colored oil when used. It didn’t.
I didn’t know what to expect when time came to turn the fish. It was good. Didn’t flake apart.
It’s good for popping popcorn.
Wonder what it tastes like go fry eggs in it? anyone know?
