a. Inequality of Wealth

Gap in Wages
There has been a widening gap in wages in Browns vs. Whites. This explains why HR advises its employees not to discuss their salaries.
Student debt
Loans taken out by Brown students are more lengthy than white students.
Unemployment
The unemployment rate of Brown Americans is greater. Since we are trained improperly and fired at a higher rate than whites.
Homeownership
Because of wage inequalities Brown people are less likely to own homes...compounded by poor education.
Opportunities
Many agricultural workers are denied access to minimum wage and overtime protections
Domestic work
Brown people are not represented well and compensated poorly in domestic roles.
