3-6-5 dayz of black history was made
1 lonely month all they gave
28 short dayz to revisit our due
what da hell, is dat justice too
for the ancestors before me and you

Our history of movement is all year
greatness journey beyond da fear
of leaders, teachers & people so dear
history month yet i sheer a tear
white wash and supremacy don't care

For da color of africans in amerikka's land
under da laws of da white man klan
yet we more together to understand
the societies holding hated plan
against our children women and man !

365 dayz we continue to grow
message pass in da wings of a crow
by handz and mindz dat mentally flow
setting da stage free'd from it's cage
but one month got me in a rage
on a historical mental blaze

Too many to name as i praise them da same
wit high love and with my deepest grain
see it's our history of our liberity of free
Rosa sat....Martin walked....Obama ran
that our people will fly high as Malcolm spoke

We hub from great musicians & singers
to song writers stage writers and actors
of many wit legacy and legends
never forgotten sport figures of color
from every page lay black history in da profolio

Artist and activist, educators and scientists
political empowerment of history done on 365
but they gave us 28 days of celebration
now we taking it to a higher level
to celebrate our african civil rights & movement

Three hundred sixty five dayz

We could sing their praises forever and a day, no one month is certainly not long enough. I particularly liked these lines:
Rosa sat....Martin walked....Obama ran
that our people will fly high as Malcolm spoke
I felt such pride and strength within these lines. Much enjoyed and appreciated poet, do flow on.
