Time beats the wind from my chest
    Swiftly
    Putting me in check
    I check my reflection
    No, time to reflect
    I am but a number
    Ravaging through society
    Quietly screaming metaphors
    In air
    and anywhere
    But everywhere is vacant
    Life like needle
    Lost in context
    Like life is a contest
    Giving empty confessions
    While ignoring obvious blessings
    woke up
    at 6 a.m.
    windows cracked
    air rushes in
    filling lungs
    theres life again
    in me
    God dwells
    And my clock only spins
    in 24 hour rotations
    So I forgot about tomorrow
And I havent thought about yesterday
But I will not worry my life away
    Im sorry to offend you
But only God can judge me
    So your opinion is irrelevant
I have come to the conclusion
Theres only confusion in the "Why?'s" of it
Plus me nor my does not equal I
    So I am
    What I am
    Regardless of the WHY?
