but what makes it hard to swallow
is that people willingly settle for less
sipping freedom from a 151 proof bottle
smoking freedom higher than an authentic aerial apollo...
mission...the sonic sound of the beast inflicts incisions
on my subconscious
because i'm black and conscious
so the establishment doesn't want to bond this
but that's ok with me
they don't have to recognize any of my pleas
cause regardless of any changing realities i remain free
spiritually and mentally
and it's really hard to see with phasing landscapes
raising the stakes
changing the fates
unless the paper quakes and tumbles into deep pockets
that carry neat lockets...
and not even of their family
inside is a card that says get out of jail free

now thas some ish
but regardless of them hoes my freedom still flows through out the underground conduits...
cause no writ of injunction can stop my future function
doesn't even bother me that devils dine a honorary hoopla luncheon
everyday for free off of me
getting fat off of me
while folks are getting 3 day layoff notices before they shutdown the factory
with no severance pay today or tomorrow
and this is what i meant earlier when i said

so really...
how can anyone say they are free
unless they are spiritually and mentally?
because physically you can get thrown under the bus
with or without trust...
and definitely without a fuss...
quickly...
but these two timeless tablets never turn to rust....
when your really free....

It was like an appetizer making me hunger to read more...

i "freed" myself on my own only because inside of me wouldn't allow the
