Black People : 0000000000000000000

with the amount of churches and mosque that we all have in our neighborhoods, just those so called Christians claiming to believe in Jesus and the Muslims claiming to believe in Allah would be a movement in itself in terms of cleaning up our communities "If they come out and do the work that their Jesus would have done...do the work that their prophet Muhammad would have done. Instead they hide and bury themselves inside, away from the very people they claim need so much help".

Nothing can be more "simplistic than this one thing I mentioned". Why? Because it don't take no study to get it done, no money to get it done or nothing else but some time and love. I would have thought that our people here would have been all over this if no more than to say: "Hey, let us take this back to our ministers and Imams cause we can do this and see instant results from this while helping to clean up where we live."

I see and know us...it's a shame we don't see and know ourselves!!!

I really hate to be the bearer of truth, especially truth that lurks within us subconsciously and that few will consciously admit because of what it says about their self perception of manhood or womanhood...but the facts are this:

A. The movements of the 50s and 60s were generated by several factors.
national unrest, not only on the part of our people, but by the white woman as well in terms of how her own man was treating her on all fronts of life. Therefore from a social perspective, the nation as a whole was going through a change.

B. The leaders among us who rose to the occasion were able to do so because of the energy that not only still existed because of the OUTRIGHT IN YOUR FACE RACISM AND INEQUITY in America, but because it was a continuation of the energy started from slavery in our quest to be free.

C. The death of our spirit and energy began the process of dying with integration as little by little our people became more like their people in our thoughts, habits, perspectives and lifestyle.

D. With integration we began to lose our dignity, respect, honor and self perception of what it was to be black. Those of our leaders who were not killed or imprisoned were paid off. We as a people saw all of this and it subconsciously had an affect upon us. In essence, we were waking up to the corruption of the system, the power of money in regard to that, and the lack of trust because of it.

E. Due to the Freedom of Information Act,we equally learned horrible realities concerning those we mistakenly had perceived as leaders only to discover that they too were working with the government.

F. Due to media, the power of money, the reshaping of our reality to one more closely aliegned with theirs, many of our people really bought the idea that white people in America had changed and that we were living in a more equitable society and country.

G. Before any of these things, the white man NEVER HAD A BLACK FRONT FOR HIS OWN PROTECTION. Now he had reached the point, due to money and power, whereby he had created his own black front or political spokesman/woman for his protection and diversion. In essence, we now have black so called leaders who will take the media platform to defend or justify the actions of white people.

H. Black people by this time had assimilated into white society to the point of living parrallel lives as white people do...dressing the same, schooling the same, eating the same, and as such, our value system of life, self and people went with it.

I. The black cause and black leader was becoming a thing of the past to be associated with a non progressive mentality and inability to see that things were supposedly different...that everything is about money now.

J. Our inability to recognize that it wasn't about money and that money is nothing more than a tool or weapon, soon had us participating in the death and destruction presently going on in our communities as the real face or cause of this is now perceived to be black instead of the white one we don't see behind the scenes. (Cause and Effect)

K. Everything previously said simply served as a divisionary tool to maintain our disunity and destruction to the point of not trusting each other or any leader that might attempt to surface for our own good.

L. So successful has this been, that right now, we don't even want a black leader...just a leader. We don't care if he's white or orange, cause racism don't exist anymore as far as many of us are concerned. WE ARE AMERICAN is the thought process however subconscious it may be.

M. We learned through the freedom of information act the lives that were purposely destroyed even down to today. (What black people or leaders are addressing that ?)

We learned how crack was created and purposely put in our communities to destroy us and our future. (What black people or leaders are addressing that ?)

We learned how with it, laws have been changed to imprison our youth for long periods of time because of our population growth over theirs. (What black people or leaders are addressing that ?)

We learned how aids was purposely created and is now ravishing our communities in America and Africa. (What black people or leaders are addressing that ?)

N. The ultimate question is why not ? The ultimate and unspoken answer is that "WE ARE AFRAID OF WHITE PEOPLE" WE HAVE BECOME COMFORTABLE IN THE ILLUSION OF MATERIALITY AND MONEY AND THAT HAS BECOME OUR NEW COMFORT ZONE. NO ONE WANTS TO LOSE THAT OR JEPORDIZE THEIR FREEDOM, LIFE OR FAMILY AFTER SEEING AND LIVING THE RESULTS OF THOSE THAT CAME BEFORE THEM. WE THEREFORE ARE AFRAID TO ACCEPT THE TRUTH, FOR WITH IT COMES THE BURDEN OF RESPONSIBILITY.

O. So rather than confront the cause of all of this degeneration of our people we would rather confront each other and leave the root alone. I got One word for this..."INSANITY !!

P. And as for the Mosque and Churches, please answer this riddle for me. How are we going to have a Mosque or church on every corner calling for God to knock...and a full supply of crack on the same darn block!!? If your faith is what you really believe in, then do as your prophets did...come out of that darn Mosque and church and do your job!!! Cause the people you believe in and follow were amongst the people manifesting their word not preaching it!!
speaking of insanity,my wife told me that a visiting preacher at the church she attends ask the members to take out life insurance policies with the church as benificiary, everywhere you look these big mega churches are going up and care for the folks in the surroundings going down i've even had folks tell me that when a bigshot preacher comes in they can't park thieir cars on the lot because room has to be made for those limosines...such love for their flock.

Denial of The Truth

Great Post Brother Keita

Points well made.

In G.

When you refer to the Black Front, how much of that do you contribute to the election of Barack Obama? Can you expand on how this relates in your mind to him?

In a post you refered to him as “ The Enemy is in the White House.. ad lib… or was it the The Enemy is US… “ end quotes

Now I am going from memory but hopefully I am not to far out on the recall.

This relates to point G. as well

Radio is just as powerful a medium as television. A radio station ( is it short wave ) someone more familiar can assist on this.

Can be set up in a matter of moments in a basement that broadcast locally in Black Neighborhoods… it was done before.

I think we should return to the process…

I have been called by two lovely sister on this site…one said… a long windedded brother.. and and by another sister on this site… always trying to problem solve.

I think I like those accusations.

To the points you make in N.

Money was used before you and I was born. This corruption was started and there are posts I recall that point out how the scam was put into place and by whom.

I recall it was a young man. Please clarify on this if you recall. Hopefully the link can be tied to this thread to drive that point home again.

My question is can you clearly state.

We have become delusional and comfortable?

Comfortable not only in your points made point in N.
But in the points also you made before this... in M …

Have we truly become being comfortable in these points of how we contracted Aids, How ( crack ) drugs were infiltrated into our communities, etc…

Or could the case be in this United States of Penalties, not ( United States of America ) and I say that because in every aspect of functioning in this society.

From getting your car registered, to getting fines and ticketed for every kind of traffic violation known and unknown, disseminated laws or not, to jailed in cases of drinking a state sanction beverage and driving, to paying a bill on time ( the penalty is fees, services like water and gas cut off ) , to suffering the whims of the biggest casino I have ever seen in my life.. The Stock Market.

mine…We do not have representation, in the legal system, like the Hispanic communities for example.. have these bank of attorneys on hand Pro-Bono… Free on every issue they face similar to us?

I wait for someone to propose forming a solution in the arguments.

There was a post I recall, I believe Destee posted it some time back and it made its way this month to be bumped up…where the issue discussed was how we catalog all these issues and speak all the time about these things here very well. Yet do nothing ( fail ) to start solution based reforms.

mine…One solution I know we do need is to get into the courts! Get The Police of the Courts... Lawyers representing us on a Community, City, State and National level.
How do we do that? Buy pooling funds. Local pooling… to a National level. If a city has 100,000 blacks then each paying one dollar would net a $100,000.00 salary for a new grad… to get started. I got five on it as they say.

Meeting with New Graduates out of law schools across this country... that really would like to do. What most enter law school in the first place to do... MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

You familiar with Thurgood Marshall… I believe this is how he started... those were and can be the beginnings of the grass roots again.

Because clearly… Point O and the word used…”INSANITY”!! is the ROOT!

mine…Great quote about the preacher preaching and collecting but not participating.

On the God issue… I know those who have no belief in the bible. Its quotes, words or its errors.

Shy clearly away from any faith because of the misquotes, and reference quoting of those words. The very mention will drive many away from even wanting to hear the words or talk and discuss religion… Know that there is ONE GOD!

A man upon getting traumatized... especially when shot... screams for him... even if he is a Practicing Atheist... so be it... he too has a right to his last word!

Thanks for the post Brother. Keep up the great work… how is your book doing? … I have to order mine.
