I wonder if a lack of B vitamins and vitamin c all which are water soluable, makes us vulnerable to viruses and disease. You have to take water soluable vitamins every single day because they past through your body every day, through urine, because they are water soluable. But how many people take the time to consume the recommended daily amount each and every single day? Not many I would say. Plus if you are poor there is no way you can afford to eat the foods high in vitaman B and C every day. This is probably how they get us by keeping significant amounts of the population poor and uneducated about how crucial these vitamins really are for living a good life.
