It may work if every member of the organization did not do those 21 things or if each member did the opposite of those things. It just might work.
I believe we must manage and lead by example in our organizations.
I'm with you. We need to vote enmasse and often. I do think what would have happened if we had showed up in Nov, 2010 and kept Democrats in control of the House, the Senate, and the White House.

I think people expected way too much for the first Black man ( and yes, I know some people debate he's Black) to be U.S. president. Hell, just getting there was a great feat in itself.

Just think about it. If President Obama's nominee had been confirmed, Immigration reform along with a lot of other major changes to this country would have occurred under President Obama's administration.
He may not have done great things for Black people...but overall...he made some major...

New immigration policies would have been implemented today if the Senate had confirmed President Obama's nominee to replace Scalia.
