Hey y'all! :hi:

I am opening up this discussion as a Black Network Marketer myself. This will not be grounds for pitching my opportunity or yours..

I am just open to discussing the topic at hand. I have been in this industry for 4 1/2 years now and I have noticed such a lack in POC, mainly blacks, in our industry.. Promotional footage (company vacations, marketing tools, etc) for many business I've encountered have been scarcely spotted with POC and almost dominated with mainly whites and hispanics.

Now, I am NOT saying that we have not been tearing up this industry! We certainly have! But, I have seen it to be a little harder to get some of us interested in opportunities than other races in the industry.

Do you agree/disagree.. Do you have any input?? :computer:

Welcome Brittani, enjoy your stay, glad to have you.

It's extremely hard to get black folk on board with Network Marketing. My first experience of this was with Amway products and Shaklee years ago; and thereafter with several different Multi Level Marketing companies. We finally struck goal with Services Unlimited, Inc. My downline (a 2 by 9 matrix) grew large and all of us received residual income ... good luck keep teaching the concept.

Clyde, thank you so much for the warm welcome!

Do you think that it was the company that helped you to make it work or was it a strategy that you discovered? I'm beyond in love with the company I'm with but I feel it's almost a necessity for me to reach more POC because of the product I offer and the impact it has had on so many people I know and love..

How have you opened the eyes of POC in your personal organization?

Thank you so much for the feedback!

You are very welcome (yvw) Brittani, the strategy is knowing the product, explaining the program and then multiplying yourself by teaching five (5) go-getters. Of course you must exercise patience when dealing with our people.

Exactly, their eyes were open by me patiently teaching them, working with them and then helping them to teach others - duplication, got it?

it's worth noting that we are 12% of the total population. So in a room of 100 people, 12 of those would be black.
