What do you think we need to do to get our REPARATIONS as Black people that have ancestors that were enslaved and still suffering collectively from the impacts of slavery and after 1865.
I think it is time to make sure that our votes go to a candidate that will get the reparations that are overdue to us.

250 years of slavery. 90 years of Jim Crow. 60 years of separate but equal. 35 years of racist housing policy. - See more at: http://www.northeastern.edu/camd/cf...es-the-case-reparations/#sthash.dlW4qcBp.dpuf
There are so many people just happy about that flag. I do not feel closer to people because the flag has been removed.
Give us something more real. As a matter of fact, we need to boldly ask each candidate that position on reparations and how they will get it for us. We cannot give our votes away, AGAIN.
In the meantime, please sign this petition so that President Obama's Administration can respond to our request. The link is below.
