Support : Cannont send private messagges to members

When I try to send a PM to members of the community, I don't have the send/reply button to to hit to finish. Anyone else having this problem. Made a shout out to Destee, think it got buried.

Hey Sister butterfly#1 ... word is that you cannot send private messages?

Can you tell me what happens when you try?

Are you on a computer when this happens, or your phone ... or is it happening in both places?

Give me as much detail as possible Sister and we'll try to get it worked out for you.

We want you to be able to do EVERY THING so let me know where the ball is getting dropped please.

Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, please let me know as it will help with troubleshooting the issue.

Thank you Sister ... just saw your thread after making mine ... so i combined them.

I have actually seen this before ... where i can't reply to a private message from someone else (Sister Ms Drea ... sometimes).

I've not figured out why it's that way with her ... but what i usually do is just start a new private message and copy her message into the new one and respond that way. I am able to send, but am not able to respond to hers.

Is this what you're seeing ... not able to respond ... but you can actually start new ones?

Or ... can you not even start new ones to someone?

Let me know Sister ... we'll figure this out.

Since it was just me and Sister MsDrea when i saw it ... and i had a rigged up work-around ... i didn't worry too much about it ... but if the same is happening to others ... then ... well ... it's time to find the root cause and solve the problem.

Let me know Sister ... can't reply to others ... or ... you can't even make new ones.
