Black Entertainment : Gabrielle Union reveals ‘I’m on the porn diet’

It’s not surprising to hear that Gabrielle Union works out regularly and watches what she eats.

It is at least kinda surprising to find out that she doesn’t just watch what she eats—she watches what porn stars eat!

“I’m on the porn diet,” she quipped last night on Conan, a regimen that Conan O’Brien andAndy Richter had a great time quizzing her about.
“I am blessed to work out at a gym that has a lot of adult-entertainment actresses, a lot of porn gals—salt of the earth! Really sweet girls,” Union quickly added.

Asked how she knew that they were porn actresses, Union cocked an eyebrow and joked, “I guess!” Then, more frankly, she added, “You know, you see things…I recognize them!”
Whether that part was true or not, Union admitted that she did keep a close on her fellow gym bunnies and tried to emulate their fitness habits.

“‘I’ve seen your work, I love it, let me get some tips’ – not on that, but ‘cause your butt looks great,’” she emulated a conversation with one. “But I also compete with them and they don’t realize it. We’re basically having the ultimate Olympics.They’re just not aware that we’re in competition with each other.”
“What’s crazy is that I’ll follow them to—like, the gyms have the juice bar—and I watch ansd see what they’re ordering,” union revealed. “I’m like, ‘Ah, vegan’…Let’s sit with it…

“They don’t eat meat,” she cracked. “There you go…interesting.”

My impression is i hope she learns it's not about diets but paying attention to things that need attention.
