Black Positive People : Judge sets rules for suit over Jackson doctor

Thanks brutha Clyde for not getting offended, but I was just stating what I thought was being over looked. I don't mean to minimize her pain and lost. But pain has a way of placing blame where it shouldn't be, or all the blame when there is plenty to go around. You know, my moma could tell when something was right with her kids, I'm sure she was able to do the same also.

I'm re-posting this article of yours in hope to prove my point.

The question is, could they have done anything is three days? My guess is no, do you think Mike would have canceled his practicees?

Below you have a person saying that he saw Mike's health deteriorate over an 8 week span, why didn't he raise alarms back then, instead of three days before his death? It is after the fact is when people say "I should have done more". Well that is a safe time to say it.

I have a theory of why people kowtowed to Mike. They did it because of who he was, they didn't want to get fired and loose the chance to put on their resume that they worked on his shows, etc. You get the picture.

Peace

Its wrapped up like-so brutha Enki, this whole thing of Michael's death was a forgone conclusion couched in mysteries, otherwise, he'd still be here.

Judge dismisses AEG execs from Jackson lawsuit

LOS ANGELES (AP) — A judge on Monday dismissed two executives from a negligence lawsuit filed by Michael Jackson's mother and allowed the case to proceed against AEG Live LLC, the promoter of his planned comeback concerts.
Superior Court Judge Yvette Palazuelos said lawyers for Katherine Jackson hadn't shown enough evidence that Randy Phillips, CEO ofAEG Live LLC, and promoter Paul Gongaware were responsible for the death of the pop star.

The judge, however, did rule that jurors should decide whether AEG Live hired Conrad Murray, the former cardiologist convicted of giving Michael Jackson a lethal overdose of anesthetic in June 2009. AEG Live denies any wrongdoing.
The ruling will simplify the case for jurors, who could begin deliberations before the end of the month.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Jurors in a negligence lawsuit filed by Michael Jackson's mother against concert giant AEG Live LLC heard legal instructions Monday on the eve of final arguments in the 21-week civil trial.
Members of the jury listened attentively as Superior Court Judge Yvette Palazuelos said everyone has biases, but they must not be swayed by prejudice, sympathy or public opinion while deliberating. They also were told how to evaluate evidence and witnesses.
If the jury finds that damages should be assessed, the judge said they must not consider such issues as the grief endured by the Jackson family or the wealth of both sides in the bitterly fought case.
AEG Live is accused of negligently hiring the doctor who was convicted of giving the pop star an overdose of the anesthetic propofol as he tried to rest during preparations for comeback shows in London.
