Black People : Are Victims Actually Victims?

I was just reading some African (Kongolese) thought. It reasoned that crime is sociogenic. I.e. if one perpetrates a crime, it's a sign that there's something the matter in society. Given our society, and the history of sexual crimes, especially against Africans, it's unreasonable to not be vigilant against rapists, among other things.

I read about a Sister who had a regular homosexual visitor, I believe non-African. At one point he upped and raped her. Society, maybe even genetics in the case of some people, creates rapists. To avoid rape, women as well as men need to be vigilant against rapists. Much the same as to avoid being murdered, exploited, or mis-educated, we need to avoid murderers, exploiters or mis-educators.

Personally, I would worry for any Sister around Men, particularly Men outside of African Consciousness and Maat.

Why is there so much rape gong on in African nations like Congo and South Africa more then anywhere else? And this has been going on for over ten years now!

Because Europeans want Kongo and South Africa. However, if you ask why we behave outside of our ancestral customs, it's because imposed upon us are a foreign culture. There are many Africans paid to destroy other Africans. Much like rappers, but more explicitly violent and armed to the teeth.

A couple of my friends were having a discussion a couple of weeks ago about women who get raped or attacked in some form or fashion, and his argument was that sometimes it is partially the woman's fault that she got raped because of what she wears (provocative clothing), knowing what the possible 'consequences' would be. My other friend says that a woman can wear whatever she wants to wear and that the guy who decides to come on to her and attack her is at full blame and that he is fully responsible for his actions. My question is which side are you on? Do any of you really believe that it is partially the woman's fault for being raped due to what kind of clothes she wear and what part of town she may be hanging out in ? Why or why not?

Playing devil's advocate. Though there are some outfits that sisters have chosen to wear in public that basically says, 'anything goes'. That amounts to only half the equation. My problem is some peoples adventure into Bimbo Land, insisting that they have this magic force field in certain obvious situations.

If you are vulnerable and flashing cash in a certain neighborhood, you wouldn't be too shocked if you got robbed. Similarly, if you go scantily clad, alone, and decide to drink, get high at a drunken frat party. You should not be shocked when things go south rather quickly. We can argue all we want about rights and no means no! :nono: Once the deed is done, it's done. Add to this the fact that the overwhelming majority wont report the crime or show up to testify. ( ~ 1% as I recall ) That in some cases the chances of proper prosecution is minimal. You can see why some would argue that the victim placed herself in harms way. Protecting yourself is not a choice/option. There has never been a right to be safe under all circumstances. Furthermore, there are some that like it rough and forced. A mixed signal, if there ever was one. Guys are aggressors. Accept this as fact. Nothing wrong with some old school common sense.
