n Memory Of Malcolm X (May 19, 1925 - February 21, 1965--Had he lived he would now be 87 years old today) -- who spoke the truth and looked racism square in its ugly face.

Although he was "not" a man of violence he knew and emphatically stated that blacks must defend themselves "by any means necessary".

He was an ever evolving strong Black Man who was "flawlessly faithful" to his religion (eg although the members were less than honerable to him); an ever evolving spiritual Black Man who was completely faithful to his Wife and Children, an ever evolving and articulate orator who spoke the truth and as such was a huge threat to "that" current system of oppression. He was a true warrior in every sense of the word to "all" people of colour.

His assassination was a well thought out federal black op endorsed by those from within his own ranks. He was a threat because he had the "power" to stop as well as start a revolution that would have spread all over AmeriKKKa. His ideals and ideas on black empowerment was a threat to those who wished to see things as they are now ("African-American Buying Power Nears 1.1 Trillion Dollars"); therefore, he was a man ahead of his time.

He made amends w/Dr. King and they were on the brink of a national reconciliation/unification. And three months before his "assassination" he planned to speak at the United Nations with petition in hand -- “...In the interest of world peace, we beseech the heads of the independent African states to recommend an immediate investigation into our problem by the United Nations Commission on Human Rights...” and for obvious reasons he never got the opportunity to make that pledge....! He had a charasmatic personality and although I never met him. I still love Malcolm X and will remember him and acknowlege him as long as I live. RIP
