I understand where your going with that and although we know the disgraceful history of this country but at the same time we have to acknowledge the 13th 14th and 15th amendments that came after the dred scott decision. The 14th amendment guarantees equal protection under the law the 15th gives the right to vote as do all CITIZENS have that right. Albeit arguably there have been some serious issues with the violations of those amendments but I think all would agree at this point Blacks born in the US are citizens, by technical terms and standards. However the point is that we should not let this bill pass.

A lot of popular companies and organizations are putting together efforts to stop bills like this from happening (e.g Mozilla etc). I would recommend people voice their concerns. A website like this could be taken down for just a handful of the youtube links alone.

Yep pretty much any website could be under what they would like to see happen.
