Black People : Infatuation and Political Analysis is like Oil and Water

Governments do not provide rights.
Governments provide benefits and services.

Your rights come from your Creator, not government.
If government is granting one "rights", then they are privileges.
Having men in groups grant or extinguish what one's "rights" are (or are not) is not a good position to be in.

The primary duty American governments have is not to trespass on your rights.

If you will note the Bill of Rights, there are an awful lot of restrictions on what government cannot do.

Neocon ideology terms basic rights as services,
so they can dictate to the citizenry that since they are no rights that cannot be removed;

they are services, that can be removed at any time, regardless of what funds are available.

The neocon ideology speaks about the bill of rights and governmental protection of said rights, and then uses government con games and ruses to destroy those rights, via bills and acts based on a non investigate catastrophe

Governments are a form of corporation. A public corporation.
Corporations are a variant of trust.

In Italy from 1922 until 1943, corporatism became influential amongst Italian nationalists led by Benito Mussolini. The Charter of Carnaro gained much popularity as the prototype of a 'corporative state', having displayed much within its tenets as a guild system combining the concepts of autonomy and authority in a special synthesis. This appealed to Hegelian thinkers who were seeking a new alternative to popular socialism and syndicalism which was also a progressive system of governing labor and still a new way of relating to political governance. Alfredo Rocco spoke of a corporative state and declared corporatist ideology in detail. Rocco would later become a member of the Italian Fascist regime Fascismo.

is a form of servitude in which people are bound to the soil of some manorial lord.
Serfdom exists in feudalism. Feudalism is a martial form of government and class system.

"The powers of financial capitalism had [a] far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent private meetings and conferences."Carroll Quigley, 'Tragedy and Hope'(I think most here are mature enough to understand when a term is used metaphoricaly )"Through clever and constant application of propaganda, people can be made to see paradise as hell, and also the other way around to consider the most wretched sort of life as paradise. That is the primary purpose of a state or nation. It is warfare.
Warfare is the business of nations.

Fascists believe that a nation requires strong leadership, singular collective identity, and the will and ability to commit violence and wage war in order to keep the nation strong.[5] Fascist governments forbid and suppress opposition to the state.[6] Fascists promote violence and war as actions that create national regeneration, spirit and vitality.[7] Fascists view conflict as a fact of life that is responsible for all human progress.[8] Fascists exalt militarism as providing positive transformation in society, in providing spiritual renovation, education, instilling of a will to..

What exactly is "neocon ideology"?

Have you even investigated the history of these "rights" you speak of?

If you will look at the Bill of Rights or the rest of the U.S. Constitution, none of what you listed is even spoken of.

I guess we should start with defining common language: what is a right?

This is all well and good, but the idea of government being a corporation precedes the creation and definition of fascism.

If you are interested, I even have Supreme Court cases concerning the government as a type of corporation.

We would have to dig into the divisions of types of corporations as well as bodies corporate and politic.

Governments and other types of corporations as trusts takes some study to see clearly. But if we are talking about any property held in trust, then ownership is qualified and not absolute for its participates. Truth be known the qualified owners don't "own" the property at all.

If you don't control it and someone else can take it away from you or you are asking permission to use it, you don't own it.

This is actually a good point. Most people in capitalism have been reduced to credit/debt serfdom.
Now, what solution do you propose to escape this credit/debt serfdom?

All due respect , I never thought i would see a Black man act defensive about Neocon mentality and principles, but, I may not believe in what you say but i defend your right to say it

First, you need to cease with the strawmen making.
Second, I am not a Neocon nor do I support its ideology.

My question to you was, "What is Neocon ideology?".
When did inquiry become defensive?

If you are unable or unwilling to support your claims, engaging in dilatory and diversionary tactics is not going to lend them any more credence.
