Are we on a consensus to what those pictures mean?
Especially the ones about the United Colors of Benetton - their pictures were suppose to be multiculturalism..... but I'm not sure.
And The Drum picture of the black lady with the two white boys.... maybe she's just babysittin you think? And about the piggyback one of the white boys?
Or is she... a grown woman... in a subservient position to two white boys, while one has hand aggressively around her neck?
And half naked male on the floor in front of pope... maybe he's just showing adulation for the figure that represents his hope, faith, and religion?
Or is about how Christianity and religion has come to subordinate all of Africa and setting everyone down to their knees to worship the white man?
And who does Jesus saves? Or for whom was he 'sacrificed?'
And what is the REAL meaning behind the black an white in handcuffs?
Or am I reading too much into it? Am I seeing race where there is none, but instead a pro-multiculture picture saying 'we're all in this together, no matter what our race?'
The picture entitled 'pass check' - who is enforcing that and for whom and why? How and why do blacks enforce a pass check for people who look like themselves? Are they just doing a job in a place with high unemployment? Can they be forgiven for that? Or are they putting the black man down at the insistence of the white man, and that can never be forgiven?
