Martial Law

Anything that happened after August 31st (I believe) was not a crime. The Mayor of New Orleans declared Martial Law on that day. Once Martial Law is declared, ALL laws (civil rights, Constituion etc etc) are null and void.

and August 31st as brother hemmit states is one of their high ritual days. Sometimes they even used August 13th. Check the date of the R&B singer Alyah as well as "princess" Di. They were both rituals!
