    Yes I usually light a candle before going to bed...when i got up i felt myself smiling it was as if i was myself, but not my self?

    ''Ori needed to be incited'' can you elaborate more on this? I'm doing some heavy research into trance and possession, as I've had these experiences all my life and no one seem to able to give me an answer that fits.

    Sometimes Ori needs to be cooled and sometimes it needs to be incited or reved up so to speak

    One way we do this is by giving it offerings to wake us up. For instance on occasion giving it Oti (gin) or orogbo for strength it give it a jolt to open up the window of awareness and sensory perception

    Feather: probably he is talking about the Parrot Feather the "red" feather that is worn by initiates in the religion...

    I am thinking he/or your ancestor is trying to move you towards initiation.
