I've been trying to come in heah with an answer and i see nothing but yelling,demanding and pushing.... Sheesh. Now....there can be a solutions to the decline of black families if drugs werent affecting them, the schools wouldnt be infested with gangs and corruptions, and better jobs offers. There are solutions but its up to them to fix it themself.
