3 very ripe bananas (if you want a strong bananary taste. I used 4)
1/2 cup Apple butter
1/2 cup walnuts (your discretion)
1 cup Brown sugar (or to taste)
2 cup Wheat Flour (or soy flour)
1/4 cup flax seed meal (possible to use a dash more)
1 tbsp Baking powder
1 tbsp Baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup soy milk
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Cinnamon to taste(I like cinnamon)
Preheat oven to 350. Mix wet ingredients in one bowl and dry in another. Mix all ingredients together and place into a greased baking dish. Cook for approx. 55 mins. ENJOY
I like the very chocolatly look to you you are welcome to use white sugar if you like...although it's not necessarily in it's natural state...and yes if you use white sugar...I am making you feel guilty
