    Hi All,
    Some effective tips to loss weight:
    Break your meal in 5/6 small meals,
    Drink at least 15 glass of water daily,

    Do take fresh raw food more in your diet meals,

    Drink green tea,
    Prefer fresh juices over flavored juices, beverages, soda and flavored juices,
    Do start any exercise or physical activity to loss weight quickly,
    Sleep for 8 hours daily.

    Avoid all fat foods and fast foods.
    Take low card diet
    Eat raw vegetables and fresh fruits
    Drink plenty of water in a day
    Make regular exercise plan.

    Running is the best exercises because it helps you burn the calories,
    Walking, Sprinting and adding hills or an incline can burn 180 calories in 30 minutes, Bicycling and Swimming of 30 minutes can burn 400 to 500 calories....

    Avoid junk foods.
    Take raw vegetables & fresh fruits
    Drink plenty of water
    Do regular exercise plan
    At last if possible go for swimming regularly...:)
