Just like eye brows, you have yours and I have mine. The future will tell the tell. No joke intended. Most people who talk about violence to their enemies have not the training and the nerve to take on an enemy who is willing to shoot back. Unless the average person has military or extra training them and their pistol will be a quick casualty of the one who is trained for such activities. Peace

Neither you nor I nor most others are one of "the People of the United States" ... at least according to the Supreme Court.

Citizen of the United States, yes.
One of "the People of the United States", no.

As one human who will not go to a FEMA Camp ,it matters not to me the title that is prefered. My question to you is "Will YOU be ready to stand for YOUR right to be left alone." If you say yes, you will have to give more than lip service to this defence. Talking theory with no preparation is an exercise in futillity. In other words a waste of good air. Peace

Then why begin this entire discussion over words written on parchment with ideas that in and of themselves are theories?

Constitutions, governments, doctrines .... all theory. All incorporeal concepts or ideas.

You are contradicting yourself to some degree in my opinion.
