He is the one
That makes my heart skip a beat with just the mention of his name.
She is the one
That makes me want to leave all of the fellas in the middle of a football game.
He is the one
That I dreamt about over and over without ever seeing his face.
She is the one
That I would willingly give all of my closet space.
He is the one
That keeps me smiling even when the skies are gray.
She is the one
That makes me weak in the knees each and every day.
He is the one
That knows how I am doing and how I am feeling without me saying.
She is the one
That I sing love songs about no matter what music is playing.
He is the one
That I welcome home every night.
She is the one
That sleeps in my arms while I hold her all through the night.
He is the one
That makes sense when all else fails.
She is the one
That I could find with just her scent as a trail.
He is the one
That I call mine all mine.
She is the one
That I call my love of a lifetime.
He is the one
That I let get away.
She is the one
That never knew that I loved her because I didn’t say.

That is always in my heart.

That I have always loved right from the start.
