peace I didn't see the video posted, but for the most part the nypd stop young brothers walking at night by themselves and wait for them to turn onto a side block where there are little to no witnesses to the harrassment that's about to ensue. Once in a while they'll try to run up on someone 5 or 6 deep on a subway platform, surround 'em to try and intimidate, then harrass 'em to try and get them to say something incrimitating. In certain places, like the port authority and some subways, you have military in there sometimes with their weapons already drawn so they're not even going to go thru searching your bag, they're just going to take you and hold you some place until they think it's time to let you go.
You are quite the character .... and inventive too. Lawsuits are old school ??!?!?! I don't see a great deal of African-Americans discussing legal tactics, how government works, how court systems work, how to study law, how to use the law to protect your rights, etc. And then you make the fantastic claim, "Lawsuits are old school". This coming from a man talking about 30 years ago. I'll put this claim in the same category as "Romans didn't vote" .... How about actually learning this stuff instead of getting your can kicked in the court room and out at road side court? The road to losing begins with opening your mouth at road side court and hiring a defense attorney in criminal court. Perhaps you believe that you and others are unable to learn such things?
Had you bothered to actually read my initial post you would have noticed the part where I said, 'We filed suits' .
