It's why I have a HUGE problem when folks imply that "they" get the best of us. The 'best' has come to mean certain standards--standards which, on their own, mean nothing. There's nothing wrong with being educated, but there are educated fools, and there are plenty of intelligent folks--BLACK folks--who have not gone through the traditional educational system. They are self-educated and rely on natural gifts to carry them through life, and they are often the folks, when sh-- hits the fan, who can survive in the roughest of times. "Success" is relative; what is the nature of an individual's "success"? You have to think about quality of character. It's misleading for a Black person to think "self-preservation" and "race consciousness/loyalty" are conflicting characters. We need to avoid falling for the propaganda.
I think that there is a strong correlation between the decrease in the white birth rate and the increase in promotion of mixed marriages.
I'm not denying this, but can you give us more information? What do you think they are planning specifically?
