Yes they should be allowed to have another child...I'm not talking about single parents...I'm talking about abusive parents, those who not only abuse their children, but also abuse the system...

There are a lot of people who are not in jail and abuse and rape their children, even though they deserve to be in a jail...you do know that?

I'm saying, not everyone deserves to have a kid....And you are suggesting anyone and everyone under any circumstances should be allowed to do so no matter what or who they are....And I disagree.

We aren't just talking finacially but the mental capabilities to take care of a child..I think you're missing the point..

While you seem to think it's okay...there are millions of people satisfied with being on welfare and who abuse the system and abuse their child and get away with it....

One should have to go through a psychological evaluation to see if they are able to be a fit parent...And there should be some stipulations on who should and cannot have a child period...

Watch the news....look at all those parent's killing their kids...For what? So they can go out and party...You must have missed that case.

    LOL no

I like to take an alternative thinking approach sometimes....

Do not take all what I said to CB seriously....I just like to play with her sometimes...cause she's fun

And as far as the jailed thing I wasn't serious about that either, I'm just being the devil's advocate...and it seems to be working :p

No,you don't get to choose. I and my group is in charge of deciding who and what is a good parent, and we think a single parent is not a good environment. Also I know several cases, and have heard plenty more where the parent has been deemed abusive when it wasn't the case. Some consider spanking as being abusive,to harsh of a punishment as being abusive. I said at first, this is a subjective issue.

let me share something with you to drive my point home. A relative lied on me and my wife because they didn't like the fact I whupped my son. CPS came out and asked my son to undress,he hesitated. She found no marks. I asked him to pick his toys up,he got up,walked over and picked his toys up. She found his unwillingness to undress in front of her as signs of abuse, and how he did what I asked without back talk or hesitation. I had to take classes which pissed me off,but I got a letter saying that they found no abuse.

One more example. My co-worker had his son taken away from him because his son kept going to the ER for broken bones. The child even took up for his father, they said he was lying to protect his father. CPS went the whole nine yards on this guy. Come to find out,the child is afflicted with a bone disease that makes them easy to break. CPS still would not give his child back to him.

So do you want people making decisions based on their own feelings and interpretations? And who is to say that one day it won't extend to single parents having to take a test to keep their child?

We all know this, but that is no reason to go hog wild with notions like this. Many of the world's atrocities have been caused by thinking such as this. Look what happen to the Jews.

Who are you to make that judgment? What makes you better than them? Don't put yourself above them, just put yourself above what they do.

Yes. Unless you are willing to give up your rights to a person that deems your lifestyle to be unfit,it should be yes also. You are aware that there are those that think your lifestyle is wrong also. You don't see where you can be made to be a target also.

If you don't think finance has anything to do with it, then you are missing the point. If you are neglecting it due to social services then you're being a hypocrite. Receiving welfare is receiving welfare.

I'm sorry it seems that way,but you're wrong. But be careful when pointing that finger, you have three pointing back at you. Do you think if one critiqued your life, they would find it to be above reproach? Or would they find hypocrisy?

Looking at how you've admitted to being sadistic, and the things you have talked about that bothers you,do you think you would pass? I doubt it. But you may feel you should be allowed to have one. And what if the stipulation was you had to be married? Would you still be fore it if is said that you had to get married to keep your child?

Lets not be coy shall we, don't lay the behavior of some white woman at our door step. Also, don't you party, and date? Watch the news of all those single parents that have abused their child, or the man they were with have committed some heinous act.

    Here's one for you.

Look what drove her to it,now really can a test show what will happen in the future? Or should we also become the thought police and take action on what you may do? This is what you are in essence saying.

    Peace!
