sure. why not. Somebody is always trying to regulate the procreation of Africans.. after all.. the world built their entire economy on it at one time.. so yeah.. sure let's do it.. let's keep it going.. let's tell black folks when they can have kids.. and what they should do with them once they have them.. and let's ignore all the other variables in the equation.

1st rule: Permits will only be granted to financially/emotionally/socially stable 2-parent households.. no exceptions.

How about that? And if your doe falls short for any reason, you lose your kids.. And if your marriage
falls apart then you lose your kids.. and if blah blah blah happens.. then you lose your kids.. the state
takes them and places them with an "approved" family. How about that? That's the ticket!!

and let's ignore the intentions of the Welfare System.. Let's pretend that we are oblivious to the
assault against the existence of African people.. let's instead focus on protecting our jack-leg crooked
government's money from being "abused" by Africans seeking to profit from the creation of their little
black good for nothing basta-rds.. yeah.. good looking out..

LOL!....And many of us (self-included) would not be here today if this rule applied.

Let's just go thru the PJs and WIPE OUT 'em out! Take all those children away and STERILIZE all the mothers and fathers of them so they can't produce any more!

Did you take an interpersonal communication class at bates? Because this is where I know this argument from,it was long ago but the instructor's name was Tiger, and we had to debate this very question and this was his analogy.

Don't forget the character clause, just in case you show signs of being sadistic down the line, you forfeit your license, and your child. You must maintain mental soundness at all times. Any hospital visit will be thoroughly scrutinized for reason that can render you unfit to care for a child. Like having to take narcotics that can be habit forming.

If this was the case, these same people that are proponents of this, will soon find themselves decrying this very law when it's turned on them, or their love ones.

    Peace!
