Question for Bible-believers: Are Blacks the rightful slaves of others according to the Bible?
Slaves as were the Israelites...God's chosen people, who He punished with cruel slavery for their wickedness???

Like all GOOD fathers, God punishes His children for their disobedience.

Hebrews 12:5 And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him:

6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.

7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?

8 But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.

9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?

10 For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness.

11 Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are excerised thereby.

As the commandment of God states:

Exodus 21:16 And he that stealeth a man, and selleth him, or if he be found in his hand, he shall surely be put to death.

Which is exactly what happened to our ancestors during the African Slave Trade!

No way does God condone that!

Are blacks the rightful slaves of others according to the Bible?

I'd have to say no, but many blacks are indeed among the children of God.

...God "punished [the Israelites] with cruel slavery for their wickedness" according to what? The Bible does not say that their slavery was a punishment...

And if the Canaanites were cursed by God to be servants of others, then it's not "stealing" for they are rightfully the servants of others...:

Gen. 9:22-27 (22)And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brethren without. (23)And Shem and Japheth took a garment, and laid it upon both their shoulders, and went backward, and covered the nakedness of their father; and their faces were backward, and they saw not their father's nakedness. (24)And Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son had done unto him. (25)And he said, Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren. (26)And he said, Blessed be the Lord God of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant. (27)God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.

Ok tell me what happened in the tent what did Ham do?

You should read bro Clyde Cogers Jr's book Does Color Matter only when misrepresented.

It says that Ham saw (did not turn away from) his father's nakedness and told his brothers about what he saw...

Open your bible and go back to Leviticus and find out what uncover nakedness means and come back.
The first thing about the bible is if you don't really understand it you will come up with some crazy stuff. Understanding is fundamental all across life.
It is best to start with Genesis. Get a true understanding then move on. If you don't understand Genesis then everything else will be messed up.
