Sweat on! Wheweee! Man, them things will kill you. It's a marathon. That's why I'm bald now, I sweated it all out! Lawd! Destee, I'm just funnin' ya, but LAWD! everybody needs at least one of those and then when your hair turnsto silver you can sit on the front porch in your chair with a big old grin on your face and everyone will wonder "what is that old woman smiling about." NOTE: I hear the if you use a straightening iron that sweating it out can be dangerous because it causes the hair to nap up so strongly that it snaps back and can cause brain damage. Don't try this at home without competent supervision. Ra
Ra you went there. I agree with you on the colonge thing, but with me it's perfume. I don't care for it but hubby does. I have very sensistive skin and i have a tendacy to break out, no matter if it's real expensive or the 99 cent variety. I do however like hubby to dab a bit of Paul Sebastine or Carl Laugerfield. He has the good sense not to drown himself in it. My eyes to water, my nose drip and get this my throat gets all scratchy when I'm hit dead on by the smell. You dear friend are not alone. Soap and water!!!!! One
i love the smell of lagerfeld because that's the cologne my dad has always worn. when he strays from that, it's just all wrong. lagerfeld works well with his body chemestry. and that's the key, finding something that works well with your body chemestry. another thing, the smell of cologne/perfume is not supposed to enter a room before you and leave a room after you; it should be noticed only when someone is close to you. i'm glad my husband doesn't wear cologne. one of the things that made me fall in love with him was that all he wore was speedstick by mennen (fresh scent) and he smelled soooo good and clean. i'm very picky about perfume, there are only about 3 different scents i'll wear and 2 are made by the body shop.
Me Too you've captured it all right there--I like it when it sneaks up on me--but the fresh smell is even better--just deodorant and you--that's what makes me and Ebony (my wife) tick--Amun-Ra
