Joanne Deborah Chesimard, known as Assata Shakur, who was also Tupac Shakurs' Godmother, fled to Cuba. As a lot of you know, she is some how the most wanted woman in America. I wonder how this new relationship with Cuba is going to affect her situation and many others over there like her, after being there for 40 years.

Am I being completely dense by thinking that the capture of Assata Shakur was a primary factor for this new relationship with Cuba? Is it too much of a coincidence that they just added her to the FBI's top ten most wanted just a year and a half ago?
