crazy i grew up playing little league, love the sport more so to play than to watch. I think much of it is lack of interest on the part of black youth,as well as limited access to baseball equipment and diamonds. I say until baseball institutes a pitch clock, like a basketball 24 second clock,i see no reason to watch except maybe the playoffs.

I played baseball all my life and still play in softball leagues. I love to play, but watching it on tv...(a whole game) nahhhhhhhhhhhh. Can't do it! It's too long and listening to the commentators just rubs me the wrong way. THey all act as if they know what each player is thinking everytime a pitch or a play is made. "that was a bad pitch, he missed his location". As if they know where the pitcher was aiming for. The batter hit the ball because that's what batters do and that's why they're in the major leagues cause they can hit. So the commentators make no sense.

To be fair, when watching a knick game sometimes i hit the mute button because Wilt, well let's just say, Wilt will be Wilt. Nuff said! lol

P.S. Stop hatin' on the Bx Bombers........
