They won again at home.. 103 to 109.. but Westbrook's shooting slump continued.. On a night the team shot incredibly well at just over 56 percent.. which is among the highest shooting percentage performances of any team in the playoffs so far.. Westbrook shot 20 percent from the field.. 2 for 10.. those 2 shots he made were 3 pointers.. and he shot 25 percent from the line.. 1 for 4.. but luckily..their coach is always reading my posts ;) so he limited his minutes to 33.. and got the ball down to Ibaka... who had a100 percent game.. 11 for 11 from the field.. and 4 for 4 from the line for 26 points to go along with 5 boards and 3 blocks. Westbrook also had 5 assists.. which is pretty good for him.. that's 5 less bad shots.. and when you consider how infrequently he gets to the line and add that to the the fact that they only won by 6 points, you can see how important Westbrook's assists are.. If he shoots like this in San Antonio they have absolutely no chance of winning.. Luckily they picked fisher.. his 13 to 15 minutes per game can really make a difference in that it means less ball handling time for Westbrook.. and Fisher is old and slower now.. but he knows how to win and makes the right pass 99 percent of the time.

    THE CASE FOR TRADING WESTBROOK

If the thunder don't make it to the Finals this year, they really need to consider trading westbrook for a solid pass-first 7 to 9 assist, 2-steals, high free-throw percentage point guard and a couple of solid players for their 2nd unit.. Then they can move Harding to the starting unit.. harding can average a solid 20 to 25 points per game.. and a good 5 or 6 asissts per game.. which would complement Durant.. and the benefactor of all of these new found assists are Ibaka.. who has the ability to average a consistent 18 to 20 points per game.. every game.. But with Westbrook being an isolation-type shoot first player the rest of the team's development is held back from their full potential. If he was mature enough to put his ego aside and just decide to go out and average 12 assists per game OKC could be a multiple championship squad.

maybe but they will not part way with him they feel he can come out this funk and give them wht he gave much of the short season
if he do break out he could drop a hot 20 to 30 on you but the big question is for how long and who is being hurt by his shoot first
pass second style and do it really fit in with OKC .......but imdon't see them moving him less they can land a good player or a couple
first round picks, I think they still have all the tools to bring a title home right now !

If they stay with the formula from that last game and get Ibaka at least 10 shots per game.. they can definitely make it to the finals.. but with no answer for James or Wade, it'll be an uphill battle.. I think they are still a couple of pieces away from a title.. they have a good coach though..

can the HEAT even get by BOSTON
    Let Me Level With You

Rajon Rondo and the Celtics are speaking up in Game 4 as they try to even things up with Miami but still another full quater yet
but they holding to a slim lead 72 - 61 late in the 3rd with 2:01 left

where i see OKC weak is once they bring in Harden they have nothing more yes they do need two more players to be complete
but i can see them holding tight to the HEAT , one thing i notice SPURS /HEAT/THUNDER/CELTICS yet to win away from home
Boston drop two and go home and right now trying to win two like OKC did to the SPURS
many have there eggs on the SPURS to drive it home for the title me I'm rolling with the young legs in OKC
