Black Weight Loss : Most Pounds One Can Lose in a Week ?

    I wanna lose 900 pounds in a week, but I know that's not possible.

    So I'm wondering, what is the most pounds one can lose in a week, in a healthy manner?

    I want the most. Ideally, I'd like to lose 7 pounds in a week (one a day), making it possible to lose 30 pounds in 30 days.

    Is that possible? If so, how do I do it?

    I have the TWA Diet...With this Diet

    You can loose up to Ten pounds in Four Days. :)
    In a healthy manner.

    Also several dress sizes or belt notches are experienced.

    I have been on this diet about four times since the eighty's.
    I lost seven to eight pounds in four days, and several belt notches each time.

    A co-worker went on this diet, he lost lots of weight. He statyed on it for about a month. He start comng to work with rope holding up his jeans.

    The diet is in word doc format.

    The cost for food is about twenty five dollars.

    TWA STEWARDESS DIET - 10 lbs in 4 days


    LOSE 10 lbs. and hold weight for one month before starting over to lose the next 10 lbs.

    Breakfast - 1/2 grapefruit and black coffee

    Lunch - broiled steak - lettuce / tomato Sald (no dressing) - 1 small apple

    Dinner - 2 hard boiled eggs - green beans - 1/2 grapefruit


    DAY TWO

    Breakfast - 1/2 grapefruit and black coffee

    Lunch - 1 lamb chop - lettuce (no dressing) - One 6 oz tomato juice

    Dinner - squash - cauliflower - green beans - apple sauce


    DAY THREE

    Breakfast - 1/2 grapefruit and black coffee

    Lunch - celery - lettuce salad (no dressing) - hamburger patty - 1 small apple

    Dinner - broiled chicken - stewed tomato - prune juice


    DAY FOUR

    Breakfast - 1/2 grapefruit and black coffee

    Lunch - 2 scrambled eggs - green beans - tomato juice

    Dinner - steak - lettuce salad (no dressing) - unsweetened pineapple juice

    In the shopping list you forgot

    The Hamburger, and 1 can of Stewed Tomatoes.

    Good luck and measure first.. so you can know the exact waist size and belt size or pants size...and pounds lost. Go from a thirty six in the waist to a thirty four or less.

    If the stewardess didn't loose the weight quick. She couldn't fly or would loose her job. I have never heard of anyone getting sick.. only feeling good and may be wishing they had a pizza.

    I would down right cheat. I ate a cookie a few times. I put a little sugar in my coffee and cream once.

    Woman are tougher and can be more determined than men. I like my pizza. Beer.. I am weak. So...what I like me still

    This is a very unhealthy way to lose weight. You are consuming less than maintenance calories. These are the calories you need to maintain your normal life such as making things your body needs, breathing (Your muscles need energy to breath), and your brain. Yes, if you starve yourself enough, your body will eat into your fat but you also tell your body to stop making "luxury items" that are good for your health and they only make the bare minimum because you are putting it into a state where the "luxury" items that might make you a healthier person are thrown away because your body thinks you are starving. A healthy weight loss is about 2lbs a week. You should calculate your BMR (Base metabolic rate) and try to shave off 500 calories from that. One pound of fat is about 3000 calories. But with exercise, your metabolism will go up and muscle needs maintenance calories (Even lean muscle needs calories to sustain ladies, Im not telling you to bulk up). If you follow this diet, Yes, you will lose weight but once you have said "Well, ive lost the weight". Your body still thinks its in starvation mode and wont come out of it for awhile and will hold on to every calorie you take in.

    About 6 months ago I was shopping in Camden Market in London, England when I discovered that my wallet was missing. My god I was pissed!! I had just left the bank where I had exchanged my U.S. currency to British currency..About 2000.00 worth, and I lost that all in ONE DAY.

    You're absolutely right, it is an unhealthy way to lose weight ... *sigh* ... thanks for setting the record straight.

    So many of us are desperate to lose the unwanted pounds, even opting to let folk cut our bodies open ... all kinds of carrying on ... to achieve this end.

    None of it is good, unless done in a healthy manner, as you've described.
