The attitude of this woman shows that if you have Black skin - they will never consider you truly British. Did you hear the animosity in her voice? ''Your not British, your Black!''

I'd like to know what she thinks about americans, because using her same argument, they are not americans unless they are native indians.

I'm glad he didn't do anything. I'm glad he put some space between the stimulus and his response ... skipping the emotional reaction.

I think it says a lot about his parents, the way he was raised, demonstrating an ability to harness all of that energy within himself.

The situation could have been much worse, if not for those few seconds he used to be more response able.

Far too many young Black Men get caught up real quick in someone else's mess, risking their lives and freedom, and i'm glad he didn't do that.

For real Destee! Just like this kid who got caught up!

A teenager who stabbed an Olympic worker causing his heart to stop was jailed for 15 years on Tuesday.

Tristan Henry, 17, of Hartley Road, Finsbury Park, attacked Tomasz Baranowski, 24, leaving him blind and paralysed after the scaffolder had racially abused him.​

The fight started on the N98 bus as it passed through Maida Vale. Mr Baranowksi and a friend were singing football chants when Henry, who was 16 at the time, told him to “shut the f**k up”, the judge said.​

Mr Baranowski, then started making monkey noises which prompted Henry, who is black, to pull out a flick knife.​

Henry moved away to the front of the bus, but Mr Baranowski sat next to him and a scuffle broke out causing the pair to leave the bus.​

Witnesses say they saw Henry stab the victim twice, then stamp on his head before smiling and walking away, stealing Mr Baranowksi’s jacket, £40 and a mobile phone.​

London’s air ambulance crew had to perform open heart surgery in the street to save Mr Baranowski’s life.​

Judge Anthony Pitts said: “You did, in fact, kill Tomasz. The fact he was brought back to life 10 minutes or so later was nothing to do with you.​

“If they had been held up at all they wouldn’t have been able to bring him back and you would have been facing a murder charge.”​

He added: “Many might say it would have been better if he had stayed dead, for his own peace and so his family could have remembered him how we was.”​

In mitigation, defence counsel said Henry had suffered “postcode bullying” since moving to Finsbury Park from Tottenham, and occasionally carried a knife for protection.​

But Judge Pitts considered Henry dangerous and sentenced him to a 15-year custodial sentence with a minimum of seven-and-a-half years behind bars.​

During the trial, Mr Baranowski’s mother Irena said: “I’ve been crying every day since the incident. I have panic attacks and nightmares every day.​

“He was a handsome and tall man and when I see him now as he lies still in his bed I can’t bear it.”​

Yes Zim ... exactly ...

I have a Black Son ... and all of his life, it's been a challenge for me to help him learn to harness the great energy within his own self.

It's a greater energy ... or at least different ... than that which is in Black Daughters ... (i have one of those too).

One bad move ... moving too quick ... responding emotionally ... can take a Black Son's life or freedom so quickly ... in this system we live in.

Then another Mother, another Wife, another Child, another Family ... has lost the Black Man they need to protect them ... for what?!

We come up way short on these deals, and need to stay completely away from them, if there's any way possible.

Absolutely.. This is why I find it disturbing when some continental Africans and African Caribbeans erase every vestige of their culture for people who will never accept them. Hopefully a racist rant like this may wake one or two people from their delusions .

Ironically it won't wake people up. They will continue to ignore and disregard even though she is saying what a large majority are thinking.

That criticism can be applied to all African people. Do African-Americans escape this scrutiny? I don't think so. African people need to take a leaf out of the Indian/Asian mans book. No matter where he goes he takes his culture with him.
