Brother ABSiblings ... Great Question! I've thot it myself before! I remember listening to a recording of Our Beloved Ancestor, and thinking the exact same thing! How did he die?! I never asked anyone, probably hadn't thot about it much since, but it's a great question. Based on the responses ... no links to an official finding, report, story, or anything ... leaves the answer up in the air.
